Anna Walker Higgins grew up in Pensacola, FL and graduated from Aletheia Christian Academy. She received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida and Juris Doctorate from Liberty University School of Law. Anna is a Member of the Florida Bar and is a policy expert and lobbyist. She is the Former Legislative Aide to Representative Frank White and former Director of the Center for Human Dignity at the Family Research Council in D.C. Anna is currently President and Chief Consultant of Walker Strategies, LLC, a Pensacola-based lobby firm that she founded in 2018. She also works as an Associate Scholar for the Charlotte Lozier Institute in Washington DC. Anna has been quoted and published by USA Today, The Washington Times, and U.S. News and World Report, among other publications on public policy and has appeared on national and international television news and radio shows. She has written model legislation for multiple states and testified before Congress and multiple State Legislatures on life issues and bioethics. Anna is passionate about civic education, community involvement, and Gator sports 😊 She happily spends her free time with her husband, Michael, 6-year-old son, Patrick.
